Our beautiful and comprehensive collection of eye-catching designs cover birthday to wedding cards, christening to anniversary cards that offer a unique blend of stylish and traditional designs, whatever the occasion we are always delighted to hand make a special card for you to give to someone to cherish.

In addition to that, you can also personalise your card(s) with your own message on front and inside to make it extra special. And you can be sure that these cards will be appreciated and treasured for many years to come.

Our greeting cards are handmade and designed in the UK.

Our business hours are Mon – Fri 9am – 5pm.

COMBINING SHIPPING
We are unable to combine shipping on orders placed separately. If you place an order, then wish to order an additional item you will need to place a separate new order. Each order will be dispatched separately based on its order in the queue. However, if you realise that you've made an error regarding the personalisation of your card, you have up until your card is printed to request any changes.

ORDER PROCESSING & DISPATCH
Once you have fully checked out, your order will be placed in our processing queue.

Your order will be processed and ready for dispatch within 1-2 business days. During particularly busy periods, we reserve the right to increase dispatch times passed this if necessary. Any temporary changes that are made to our dispatch times will be displayed on the information banner at the top of each page on the Website and will be reflected in the "Order Progress Bar" shown on each product page & Cart Page.

Please check this before ordering, to make sure it suits your needs. Petite Paperie Uk cannot be held responsible for an order not received by a specific date outside of these estimates. Remember, they are only "estimates" and our Postal Carrier does on occasion experience delays out of our control. 

DELIVERY INFORMATION

Our chosen Postal Carrier is Royal Mail.

Standard Delivery £1.50, no matter how much you spend and is sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class Standard Post. This is not a trackable service nor is it a guaranteed by a certain date service. 

You can upgrade at checkout to Express Delivery which is "Royal Mail Tracked 24" for an additional flat rate of £3.30. 

Please remember these 'estimated delivery times' with Royal Mail do not take effect until the day we have marked your order as dispatched.

Royal Mail state that they will "aim" for delivery as follows:

EXPRESS DELIVERY - Royal Mail Tracked 24 (Full Tracking, No Signature)
1-2 Business Days (Estimated, this only applies once the order is marked 'dispatched)

Royal Mail do NOT include Sundays and bank holidays as a business day, but MAY include a Saturday depending on your area and if you normally receive post on this day.

Bank Holidays and any official strikes announced by Royal Mail will be announced on our 'information banner' and reflected on the 'order progress bar" accordingly.

Please note: The Royal Mail services we use are NOT guaranteed, they are estimated, therefore on occasions, items can either go missing or be delayed. According to their official guidance, Royal Mail do not class an item as missing/lost until 10 business days has passed from the point the item was due to be delivered. Please take this into consideration when placing an order. If you have any issues with a delivery, please get in touch via email: petitepaperieukltd2024@gmail.com. We will do our best to assist you with any issues you might face.

PACKAGING
How we package your card(s) will depend on which option you choose from each individual listing (either: Post to Myself - with a spare envelope OR Post Direct to Recipient - seal the card).

POST DIRECTLY TO YOU: Each card alongside its accompanied envelope will be placed in its own paper bag so will arrive with you ready for you to write in and seal the card yourself. It is then enclosed within a brown, board backed envelope (to protect against potential bending during transit). If you order 3 or more cards in one transaction, they may be posted to you in a box that conveniently fits through any standard sized letter box. With this option you can still have a message printed inside if you wish.

POST DIRECT TO RECIPIENT (PLEASE add required details in the personalisation box) Each card will be sealed inside its own individual plain envelope ready to be opened by the recipient, this option requires your message for the inside. The shipping address you supply when choosing this option should be the address of the recipient and not your own address. We do not use a brown board backed envelope with this sending option. Please note when choosing this option, we still use a 6x4 postage label with our return address on.
